How can I pay my order?
Our payment gateway is powered by Shpify payments, in collaboration with banks. Available payment methods include credit card payments, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay

Orders
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! If your order value is over €109.9, you will get free shipping! Otherwise, the delivery cost is €4.99.
Where is my order?
After your order has been packed and handed over to your chosen shipping partner, you will receive an email notification about the shipment of your order. In the email, you will find a link to track your order!
When will my order ship?
We ship orders every business day, so the delivery time is typically 2-9 business days. The deliveries are handled by GLS, and if you place your order on a weekday before 2:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been packed and shipped yet. Check your email for a packing notification. If you haven’t received one, you can cancel your order by filling out the contact formhere.
Returns & refunds
What is your return Policy?
Customers have a 30-day free return policy.
The return policy applies only to unused and saleable items. You can try on the product at home, but the item to be returned must be in its original packaging, in ‘like-new’ condition, and with the product tags still attached; removing the product tags represents a purchase decision. The price of used, dirty, or damaged items will not be refunded. If the returned item is determined to be unsellable and is sent back to the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Note: If you return only part of a package deal, the price of the remaining products will revert to the normal or lower package deal price.
If you notice any damages to the product upon receiving it, please inform us immediately via this link, and we will arrange for an exchange or return.
If the order value drops below 109.9€ after the return, a delivery fee of 4.90€ will be applied
Note: Please keep the receipt for the return until you receive confirmation of the return being processed via email
The processing of returns and the refunding of money or crediting of the invoice will take approximately 10 days from the moment the return arrives at our warehouse.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for orders. However, returning your order is free within 30 days of receiving it, and you can place a new order immediately for the product you desire!
